Jennifer Perez, FOUNDER 
BS, NASM CPT, NASM Nutrition Specialist, ACE GF, W.I.T.S. Educator

 Jennifer began her fitness career in 1993 as a group fitness instructor.  She was recruited to manage the group fitness department of  a large gym chain that was opening in Hong Kong in 1995.  In Asia, she recognized the need for female trainers to work with female clients and became a NASM certified personal trainer.  When she returned to the US she was a regional manager for the large chain and supervised 16 clubs while training and teaching group fitness.  After years of learning the large box gym model, she found that she wanted to do something different that would be more long-term and more impactful.  She wanted to create a safe, private space where people can come at whatever fitness level they are at regardless of restrictions and would want to stay for a lifetime. She hired a diverse team of highly qualified coaches to work collaboratively in the interest of each member.  Along with Jennifer these Coaches serve as a supportive guide for our members lifelong journey of health, fitness, longevity and quality of life.

Jennifer teaches the W.I.T.S. Personal Training certification course at Sonoma State University and San Francisco State University. She is a NASM mentor and a PANC (Parkinsons Association of Northern California) trainer. Her certifications include the American Counsel on Exercise, the National Academy of Sports Medicine nutrition specialist and personal trainer as well as Pilates, Zumba, TRX and Les Mills. She brings her clients an extensive background in physical therapy, Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat, senior fitness, youth personal training and coaching, nutrition, anatomy, physiology and dance.

She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. “I have learned that I can best serve my clients by teaching them how to achieve optimal health through a balanced lifestyle. I believe that functional training translates into the enduring strength we need for the activities of our day-to-day lives.”



Carolina Wolohan
nasm cpt, BEHAVIOR CHANGE SPECIALIST

Carolina has pver 15 years of experience in fitness and movement. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Behavior Change Specialist and has spent years teaching people of all ages and abilities as a P.E. Teacher, circus arts and gymnastics coach, and aerial artist. She specializes in using functional strength and conditioning to help people explore their bodies potential to not only feel great, but to also move with more grace and freedom through their lives. She uses a fun and creative approach to bring joy into all forms of exercise and movement as well as a strong foundation in helping people reach their goals.

Sabrina mitchell
nasm cpt, ace Gx, pilates, corrective exercise specialist

Sabrina is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Group Exercise Instructor, Reebok Certified Cycling Instructor, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has stayed educated with continued courses and training throughout the years.  She is a Pilates Personal Trainer educated by Balanced Body University with completion in reformer Levels I–IV as well as mat training. With her diverse background she is able to train clients of all ages and fitness levels. Sabrina specializes in addressing muscular imbalances, strengthening, core stabilization, physical therapy exercises and staying fit as we age. Sabrina has the unique ability to connect with any individual and create a program based on their needs and abilities.

JEREMY GALLEGOS
NASM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
​​Jeremy is an NASM certified personal trainer who has a lifelong passion for health and wellness. His desire to be of service to his community and love for fitness is what drives him towards his goal of helping each and every client reach their health and wellness potential. His personal experience
with fitness, healthy diet, and lifestyle cultivated his compassion and drive for results that found his ability to express the incredible benefits of holistic wellness. 
Jeremy loves the outdoors and being active. He is an avid cyclist, who also trains in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, loves backpacking and hiking, and working out in almost every method. He is also a lifelong musician and multi-instrumentalist who loves picking up a guitar and connecting to people through the sounds of music.

Bryan Vasquez
NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Bryan has been a part of the fitness industry for 12 years.   From participating in flag football, basketball, and other physical extracurriculars in high school to training 6x times a week regularly in the gym his curiosity and passion for fitness and health grew (while initially inspired by his fathers bodybuilding pursuit). He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and has an emphasis of knowledge around anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.

Bryan is primarily a plant-based athlete and understands how to help a client set and reach their goals on a realistic timeline customized around their lifestyle. Whether it’s to condition a client for a healthier lifestyle or change the body composition of an individual to make them feel more confident, he creates workout guides and programs that can get you there safely and effectively.

heather plum
MEmbership outreach specialist

Heather has been integrated in the fitness world for most of her life. As a former competitive swimmer, working toward goals and overcoming obstacles is something with which she is very familiar. She has spent the past 12 years in the fitness industry. Whether she is running a training session or talking to someone interested in getting started, Heather's passion is helping people achieve the things most important to them. When not in the gym, you can find her spending time playing with her puppy, Frankie, or outside in nature hiking or camping.
