The trainers at Perez Personal Training are wonderful! They are not at all intimidating but do not let you slack either. I have been working out here twice a week for nearly 2 years and I always look forward to our workouts. They incorporate TRX, HIIT, step, weights, body weight and pilates reformer into my training and I am loving the improvements in my strength and cardiovascular endurance. Our workouts have given me a positive attitude and keep me motivated to exercise outside of the studio as well. -Sarah H.
