Are you someone that is always wanting to explore our trails, hike, and get some fresh air but you don't want to go by yourself or you don't know the trails? Maybe you're just looking for a different type of workout than you've normally done. Then this experience is for you! These 10 sessions will start with strength training and conditioning in the studio with a certified personal trainer, culminating in a hike at one of our county's beautiful mountains which will incorporate body weight training along the way to provide a complete full body workout. Additionally, you can elect to add a mindful yoga sequence at the top to make this a delightful and rewarding experience.
